The invention relates to rotator combining generator that includes cabinet. The crankshaft and power main shaft are installed in the cabinet. Multi-step rotor is installed in the crankshaft and the power main shaft in the cabinet. The gears that joggle with each other are installed on the crankshaft and the power main shaft out of the cabinet. Plural rotor protruding plugs are set on rotors. And the rotor flute is set behind every protruding plug. Every rotor protruding plug can match and entry the rotor flute. Main machine air intake and air outlet are set on the cabinet. The air sending pipe is set between the corresponding air outlets. The exhaust gas outlet of the air sending pipe connects to sorter classifying machine group. The invention uses the gas pressure of the heat energy, and changes into the rotating power for the mechanism. Thus, the rotating speed would be accelerated, and the twisting force would be increased, as well as the heat power.
