The user terminal computer can provide an interactive user interface for conveniently making customer input product quolation requirement, the quotation server can be used for making product quotation service and generating final quotation file, and includes a quotation requirement receiving module, a stock inventory guide-in module, a guiding price obtaining module, a cost information obtaining module, a guiding price obtaining module, a cost information obtaining module, a cost information guide-in module, a quotation module, a quotation file sending module and a fine quotation file generating module, and the data base is used for storing product stock inventory and final quotation file.
