Zusammenfassung:	The device (1) is designed as a shaft (20) with a head (2) and a collar positioned at one end and a segment with an inner thread (5, 6) located at the opposite end. The expanding central section (3) has a smaller diameter than the outer segments (2, 5). The threaded segment (5), divided from the central area (3) by an intermediate segment (4), is provided with at least one curved recess (7) at its outer surface to be used as a fluid duct after the screw (1) is inserted. The bottom of the recess (7) is positioned at the same distance from the central axis (1a) as the outer surface of the shaft (20).
