Zusammenfassung:	The present invention proposes one kind of catalyst solution system for preparing parathalic acid. The catalyst solution system includes Co, Mn and Br solution system and Co and Br solution system, is used in the oxidation reaction. The Co, Mn and Br solution system has Br/Mn weight ratio greater than 2.909. The Co and Br solution system has CoBr2 as Co and Br source and is used to replace available corrosive CoAc2 and HBr system. The preparation process of the catalyst solution system is also provided, and the catalyst solution system is used in the oxidation reaction between p-xylene and oxygen containing gas. The catalyst has less corrosion to PTA producing apparatus.
