Forced desiliconization and production method for stripping aluminium oxide

The present invention relates to a forced desilicifiation and alumina stripping process for producing alumina. The production process includes: crushing alumyte, grinding alumyte with desilicifying agent and circular mother liquid, forced desilicifiation and stripping, diluting and separating red mud through hot water washing, eliminate red mud and using the washing liquid as diluent liquid, filtering the slurry, mixing filtrate and seed, decomposing crystal seed, evaporating the filtrate to obtain circular mother liquid for reuse, filtering aluminum hydroxide after crystal seed decomposition to obtain aluminum hydroxide product while making partial enter the seed filtrate, and roasting to obtain alumia. The said process is advanced, unique, low in power consumption and low in cost, and has many other advantages.
