Zusammenfassung:	The maintenance-free high-performance syringe includes main syringe body, plunger, sealing part, O-ring, clamping ring and syringe cover. The sealing part and the clamping ring are set inside the head hole of the main body and are depressed with the outer syringe cover; and the plunger is made to pass through the central hole of the cover, the central hole of the clamping ring and the central hole of the sealing part and inserted inside the central cavity of the main body. The plunger and the sealing part constituting the sealing friction pair are made separately with stainless steel and superhigh molecular weight polyethylene plastic.
