| Zusammenfassung: | The present invention is blowing process of eliminating non-tobacco impurity, and relates to the technological link of eliminating non-tobacco impurity between the first moistening step and the second moistening step during tobacco curing process. Following the sand sieving tube, there are narrow conveying belt, disc material distributor, high speed conveying belt and air classifier successively. The disc material distributor includes two symmetrical discs in opposite direction; and the air classifier include air classifying bin, blower, wind pipe, material inlet, material outlet and impurity exhaust port. The present invention is one efficient technological process with less investment, simple maintenance and high impurity eliminating efficiency. |
