The pending treated things needed surface treatment are sent to cleanout unit, hydrophobic layer formation unit and first heat treatment unit in turn. The cleanout unit carries out a cleaning process to clean the surface of the pending treated things. The hydrophobic layer formation unit carries out a hydrophobic layer formation process to form a hydrophobic layer on the pending treated things, and the heat treatment unit dries the hydrophobic layer. |
