Zusammenfassung:The process of preparing amorphous solid Adefovir dipivoxil includes dissolving oily Adefovir dipivoxil in mixed solvent of alkyl halide and ketone, fast spraying the solution into alkane solvent cooled to -10 to -70 deg.c, filtering while maintaining cold, pumping to dry, washing with alkane solvent, re-pumping to dry, and vacuum drying at room temperature. X-diffraction test shows that the solid includes over 75 % amorphous component. The process is simple and suitable for industrial production.
