Zusammenfassung:	A method for supporting the strengthening of pilot frequency in the up special channel strengthening of WCDMA includes: UE sends E-TFCI to NodeB before its instructed E-DCH, UE regulates the up pilot power strengthened amplitude based on E-TFCI, Node B carries out up internal ring power control in terms of measured SIR, internal power control target and the strengthened amplitude got by E-TFCI. This invention sends E-TFCL before hand by UE and strengthens the pilot power according to E-TFCI and Node B and considers pilot power strengthened amplitude when controlling internal ring power to support pilot strengthening.
