Zusammenfassung:	The production process of solid drink includes the following steps: soaking sorted fruit in tank and washing; taking pulp, beating into slurry, filtering and filtering to obtain concentrated fruit juice; crushing sugar and sieving to obtain sugar powder; mixing concentrated fruit juice 9-12 wt%, sugar powder 87-90 wt%, food color 0.0005-0.001 wt% and sweetener 0.015-0.02 wt%; pelletizing the mixture, stoving, sieving to grade and to obtain the solid drink. The present invention makes it possible to treat excessive fruit timely.
