It is characterized by that said prparation method includes the following steps: using isosorbide dinitrate as main medicine, using at least one solvent of injection water, acetone, chloroform, ethyl alcohol and ethyl ether to dissolve isosorbide dinitrate, at the same time adding at least noe auxiliary material selected from cyclodextrin and its derivative, mannite, dexran, sodium chloride, lactose, amion acetic acid, sorbite and citric acid so as to obtain isosorbide dinitrate solution, using medicinal active carbon to make adsorption, then using filtering membrane with 0.22 um micropores to make filtration to obtain sterile solution, then drying, can adopt direct freeze-drying process, freeze-drying filling process or decompression dry-filling process so as to obtain the invented powder injection whose weight percentage of main medicine and auxiliary material is 1:0-1:1000.
