The technological process includes manufacture of solar energy preheating boiler water charger; heating water from the water tank in the upper part with vacuum quartz tube in the lower part; storing the heated water in the heat insulating tank; and replenishing water from the heat insulating tank to boiler for producing steam or hot water. The new technology is economic, energy saving, safe, environment friendly, stable and reliable.
