Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed are a method for rebuilding image with good quality in the condition of no relative data and X-ray CT device which can do the image rebuilding. In the image signal channel space for collecting projected data based on spiral scanning, use the projected data of its mirror point A'to supplement the data point A without projected data, forming full scanning projected data, then in accordance with which to rebuild the image, use the projected data of multiple data points B,C adjacent for interpolation when there is no projected data.
