Mfg. method of lamp wire capable of folding and shaping

The invention refers to a manufacturing method of lighting device, especially a manufacturing method of a cord-light that can be bended and fixed. It includes following steps: first, core thread, wire, lamp bulb string, serving, connector plug, fore end joint and end cork should be available; bowl of lamps is set along the fore and aft direction of the core thread in which it is used to locate the lamp bulb string; the fore end joint is connected to the connector plug in electrical property, and the wire is infolded by the core thread while being manufactured; the lamp bulb string and the connector plug are connected by the wire; second, the core thread should be covered with serving to form light belt; finally, the end cork is installed on one end of the light belt and the other end is connected to the fore end joint in electrical property. In the first step, while the serving is being manufactured with at least one bendable uphold-stick whose rigidity and tenacity is better than the core thread and the serving. Thus, the cord-light could be directly bended and fixed by the bendable and fixable feature of the bendable uphold-stick. So the invention is simple in technology, low cost, highly reliable and is very convenient to use.
