Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a device for preparing semi-solid metal and alloy slurry or blank, it characterized in consisting of lifting mechanism(1), over-heat metal and alloy liquid generator(2), crucible for preparing semi-solid metal and alloy slurry or blank ,i.e. receiving container(5), vertical straight pipe passage(14), structure controller(6), heating element(9), cooling element(10), heat preservation oven(12), conveyer belt(13), supporting and protrusion mechanism of crucible. The lifting mechanism is connected with over-heat metal and alloy liquid generator, which is connected with crucible for preparing semi-solid metal and alloy slurry or blank, and said crucible is binded with structure controller or heat preservation oven. The advantages of the invention lie in : simple apparatus structure, low investment, low cost, being suitable for semi-solid metal and alloy production.
