Zusammenfassung:The device has an arrangement (23) for determining current competence values of persons (21-23,87,88) employed or to be employed by a company to produce current competence profiles, an arrangement (53) for detecting desired competence values for at least one person to form a desired competence profile and a comparison arrangement (59) for initiating at least one measure using a comparison of the current competence values and the desired values. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a computer arrangement and/or memory medium with an inventive database module (2) and a method of determining personal data.
