Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a lamp tube holding mechanism with positioning function and its combination method. It utilizes a rigid material and an elastic material to fix relative position between lamp tube and reflector, in which the rigid material is positioned on inside position of reflector, and the contacted surface of the rigid material with elastic material is formed into an oblique surface so as to fix the vertical and horizontal relative position between lamp tube and reflector, then the reflector, lamp tube and light-conducting plate are placed into external frame, at this moment the elastic material is pressed by external frame and light conducting plate, its produced forced force can make the lamp tube be fixed on the rigid material.
