Said method is characterized by that at the same time of collecting monitored signal of transformer and producing monitored data, real-time transferring said monitored data into on-line monitoring terminal to make browse and analysis the monitoring terminal real-time transfer the monitored data into remote data base server to storage, the specialist or remote user can utilize Web server connected with data base server to browse and analyze the monitored data; in which, in front stage, it adopts RS232 serial interface communication protocol and Modbus data transmission and switching control protocol to implement data transfer, and adopts a frame type monitoring operation interface in monitoring terminal; and in the rear stage it adopts interconnection network transmission control protocol to implement data transfer.
