Zusammenfassung:The present invention is used in welding technology field. The electronic beam smelting process of refractory metal powder to prepare high temperature functional gradient material includes compounding refractory metal powder through homogeneous mixing, coating the powder to the end of base metal, fixing the workpiece with coated refractory metal powder on cooling backing plate, scanning with electronic beam of controllable scanning locus for heating, smelting the powder in the end of the workpiece via preheating, smelting and homogenizing to combine with base metal, and cooling to room temperature inside the furnace to prepare the high temperature gradient material. During preparing the functional gradient material, different gradient proportioning of the base metal powder and refractory metal powder realizes layer by layer gradient material control.
