Zusammenfassung:	The nickel plated metal printing template is made through the technological steps of: laser cutting metal base sheet, grinding hole wall, surface coating oil, deburring, surface brush plating and stoving. The template has smooth surface, high precision of 0.005 mm, high hardness over Vickers hardness 400, hole wall roughness less than 0.003 mm, and different required thickness. It can meet the requirement for making semiconductor and electronic products. The present invention has the integral advantages of chemical etching, laser cutting and electroforming method.
