Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to thin slab continuously thin slab casting and rolling process to produce low steel sheet, and especially process of producing low carbon ferrite steel sheet. The technological scheme includes the chemical components of steel including C 0.01-0.05 wt%, Mn not more than 0.040 wt%, S not more than 0.010 wt%, P not more than 0.020 wt%, Si not more than 0.050 wt% and Al 0.010-0.035 wt%; heating temperature 1100-1150 deg.c, initial coarse rolling temperature 770-800 deg.c, initial finish rolling temperature 830-860 deg.c, final finish rolling temperature 770-800 deg.c, and winding temperature 680-730 deg.c; and laminar flow cooling between the coarse rolling and finish rolling. The present invention can produce low carbon steel sheet with relatively low tensile strength, yield strength and yield strength ratio.
