Method for active noticing main call under called transferring acceptable calling state

The method includes following steps: after originating a call, the called VLR informs the called HLR that the call is failure due to busy or unavailable of called party; the called HLR; the called HLR records the information about called and calling part, and puts it into the queue waiting to notification call; after the called VLR detects the called party has switched into call accepted condition, it sends out the notification that called party has switched into call accepted condition to called HLR; after the called party receives the notification, it transmits the notification to visited MSC of calling part waiting to notification in queue, the calling party visited NISC transmits the notification to the calling party.
