Zusammenfassung:Follower in LCD is for receiving first input voltage and generating output voltage to drive a data line. In disclosed drive of source electrode, MOS-transistors in first and second P channels together is used as main follower to trace the input voltage so as to eliminate body effect and keep load of electric charge consumption fixed. MOS-transistors in first and second N channels together are used as secondary follower. A capacitor raises voltage of drain electrode of MOS-transistor in first N channel above norm, which at least is input voltage plus critical voltage of MOS-transistor. When output voltage is approximate to input voltage, an additional switch is utilized to reach precise output voltage.
