The present invention discloses a method for preventing window information from being filtered in the WEB application. Said method includes the following steps: (a). opening a WEB application window in the user terminal and testing that a window filtering tool is mounted or not in the user terminal, and storing the test result; (b). according to the test result selecting the recommendation mode of WEB application information, if the described test result is that in the user terminal the window filtering tool is mounted, executing step(c), otherwise executing step (d): (c), selecting hyperlink window-opening mode to recommend to WEB application information to user terminal; and (d). selecting window display processing mode to recommend the WEB application informatio to user terminal.
