Flow sensor of automatic oil measurement for oil injection pump test bed

This is a flow sensor for automatically measuring the oil quantity of the injection pump test platform. This sensor is a volume pattern sensor, its main body is a measuring cylinder, in the inner wall are installed two couples photo-electric sensor members, one is on the upper part, the other is on the lower part, the receiving and transmitting elements of these couple devices are installed opposite directed straightly. On the sensor cylinder's top part is installed with overflow outlet, and at bottom part is installed oil with outlet, they can keep the oil pressure equilibrium and prevent to produce air bubbles when exhaust oil: the accurate control method to survey the capacity of measuring device it use to control the measured plane by the horizontal narrow seam which installed on the front end of lens hood, and adjust the screw bolt. This measuring method guarantee accurately degree of survey. The bottom end of the sensor's cylinder install oil exhaust electro-magnetic valve, it not only exhausts the oil in time but also close the oil outlet in time. when the oil surface is a lower than the lowest measuring surface close the oil outlet in time, then to shorten the measuring period.
