Zusammenfassung: | The automobile synchronizer gear-cover slider slot bi-contrail processing technique is according to the cycloidal path forming principle. We choose appropriate base circle and workpiece couplet on the projection plane along the axial direction of the synchronizer gear-cover and choose appropriate starting cycle and arbor couplet. When cutting, the workpiece runs around the O with the speed of n1, the cutting tool runs around the O' with the speed of n2 and the n1 and n2 are scaled to make the knifepoint and workpiece move relatively to form the slider slot radial cutting contrail. The invention adopts the multi shaft digital control technique to make the cutting point of the cutting tool move along the compound contrail of the cycloidal path and gear-directing section profile curve of the slider slot, realizes the procession of the slider slot with the ordinary non-refacing cutting tool, keeps the high efficiency of the cycloidal path cutting and greatly reduces the cost of the cutting tool. |
