The method is to add an igniting over-speed governor between the brake signal apparatus and the ignition device of motorcycle, the function of the igniting over-speed governor is controlling the engine ignition and limiting the engine working rotate speed and output power. Only using the brake signal to trigger the working power supply of the igniting speed governor can make the igniting speed governor work, the igniting speed governor working can make the rotate speed and power decrease to the safety braking range of motorcycle.
