Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a method for measuring the converter steel dredge weight with barium carbonate diluter, belongs to solid weight measuring field. The method is: it samples and measures the content of the barium oxide in the steel water, then adds in barium carbonate diluter into the converter, the diluter is made up of barium carbonate powder, converter furnace dredge, manganese ore powder, fluorite powder, gas ash, the diluter can be filled in through sliding slot or filling machine, or poured into the converter from the converter furnace aperture manually; rotates the rotary furnace after the diluter is poured in and blends it with the furnace dredge, samples and measures the content of the barium oxide; works out the converter steel dredge weight through formula X=aA/(c-b)-A+0.28aA with the content change of the barium oxide in the steel water before and after the diluter is poured in.
本发明涉及一种用碳酸钡稀释剂测量转炉钢渣重量的方法,属固体重量测量领域。本发明的方法是先取样测量转炉钢水中氧化钡的含量,再在转炉中加入碳酸钡稀释剂,稀释剂是由碳酸钡粉、转炉炉渣、锰矿粉、萤石粉、瓦斯灰组成的混合物,稀释剂可以通过溜槽或加料机加入,也可以人工从转炉炉口投入转炉;加入稀释剂后转动转炉使其与炉渣混合均匀,取样测量氧化钡的含量;由加入稀释剂前后钢水中氧化钡的含量变化,通过公式X=aA/(c-b)-A+0.28aA计算出转炉钢渣重量。本发明方法简单,易于操作,测量准确、成本低,有助于转炉的热平衡和热效率的计算分析。本发明的方法适用于冶金炼钢转炉中钢渣重量的测量。 |
