The battery earthing fault detecting circuit includes sensor connected electrically to the earthing end of the battery case to sense the earthing current signal; signal treater connected electrically to the sensor to filter and amplify the earthing current signal; peak value comparator connected electrically to the signal treater to compare the treated earthing current signal with preset peak value and to produce AC control signal in case the larger earthing current signal peak; and signal converter connected electrically to the comparator to convert the AC control signal into DC control signal to the controller for triggering corresponding protection program.
