Zusammenfassung:	A method for loading powdered material in kiln to cinter it includes adding the powdered material in moulds, compacting, turning over the mould, removing mould bottom, covering the earthen bowl to the mould, turning it over, and loading the earthen bowls in sintering kiln. Its advantage is no need of solvent and granulating. 现有技术中粉体物料的装载方法通常采用将干粉混合料压块、造粒。在造粒、压块前需将粉体物料与有机溶剂或有机粘合剂，以便使压块、造粒能够快速干燥，这增加了液、固混合程序，有机物的使用带来安全的隐患，存在回收或环保问题，因而增加了流程的长度和难度。本发明的粉体物料的装载方法，采用将物料装入模具进行压实，翻转模具，除去模具底，然后将匣钵扣在模具上，翻转后将匣钵送入烧结窑炉。该方案无需造料，更不需要有机溶剂，安全、环保，操作简便。
