Zusammenfassung:A process for preparing lithium cobaltate includes proportionally mixing lithium carbonate, Co3O4 and ZrO2, compacting the mixture, sintering at 900 deg.C for 16-22 hr, pulverizing, compacting, sintering again for 16-22 hr, pulverizing and sieving. 本发明公开了一种钴酸锂材料的制备方法,解决了现有工艺中造粒必需使用有机溶剂,导致程序复杂污染环境的问题。包括:将碳酸锂317.35~379.83四氧化三钴681.30~808.30二氧化锆1.9均匀混合;用压钵机将上述混合料进行压实,压实密度0.8~2.0g/cm#+[3],再将压实混合料装入匣钵;将窑炉通电并调节窑炉高温区温度至900度后,将装钵后的上述匣钵摞好放在外推板架的推板上,进行一次烧结16~22小时;对一次烧结后的混合料进行粉碎;将上述粉碎后的混合料压实后,进行二次烧结16~22小时;然后进行粉碎,筛分,产出料粒度D50=3~15um。本工艺安全环保,不仅解决了反应物之间的接触问题,而且提高了单位体积的装载量,从而提高了生产效率,同时操作简便。采用二次烧结工序,使反应物料氧化更充分,晶体生长更完善。
