The GIS system provides information for station setting and network supplementary; MIS system has three management layers to carry out service management; information collecting system can user recorder to collect and record passenger number on and off at each stationin real time and to collect information of vehicle positioning, overspeeding, speed and brake situation of one minute before and after accident as well as oil variation on each day for each vehicle. The system has excellent practical applicability for disposal of existing transit resource. 本发明涉及一种计算机公交营运管理信息智能化系统，由GIS子系统、MIS子系统和信息采集子系统组成，GIS系统可提供补网设站信息；MIS系统有三层管理层进行营运管理；信息采集系统由记录仪实时采集和记录各站点上下客人数、实现车辆定位、采集超速信息，实时采集车辆发生事故前后一分钟的车速和制动信息及其位置；记录每辆车每天的油量变化信息。该系统具有很强的实时性和实用性。能充分发挥公交现有资源的配置，在降低运营成本的同时，更好地适应市场客流的需要；可以全过程、全方位、全天候实时监控驾驶员操作，提高公交安全行车监控的力度，该系统的建成，为城市公共交通信息化、智能化的进一步发展将打下良好的基础。
