Zusammenfassung:A catalyst for petroleum fractions hydrogenation and its preparation are disclosed. It includes preparing silicon binder, fully mixing pseudooligaaqueous aluminum oxide, fluo-compound and compound containing VIB family metals such as molybdenum or tungsten with silicon binder, kneading, stripping, shaping, drying, and high temperature roasting to form Mo(W)/F-SiO2-Al2O3 as carrier, immersing in an aqueous phosphoric acid solution containing VIIIB family metals such as nickel or cobalt, drying and high temperature roasting to obtain the catalyst of petroleum fractions hydrogenation. Its advantages include simple preparation, easy operation, low cost, good active ingredient dispersing status, large specific area and pore volume. 本发明公开了一种石油馏分加氢精制催化剂及其制备方法。首先制备含硅粘结剂,再以含有拟薄水氧化铝、含氟化合物、一种第VIB族金属如钼或钨的化合物与含硅粘结剂一起,经充分混合、捏合并挤条成型,再经干燥、高温焙烧等步骤,制成含钼或钨的氟-硅-氧化铝Mo(W)/F-SiO#-[2]-Al#-[2]O#-[3]。并以此Mo(W)/F-SiO#-[2]-Al#-[2]O#-[3]为载体,以含有第VIIIB族金属如镍或钴化合物的磷酸水溶液浸渍,经过干燥和高温焙烧等步骤,制得石油馏分加氢精制催化剂。与现有技术相比,本发明催化剂具有活性组分分散状态好、比表面积和孔容较大、催化活性高等优点,本发明制备方法简单、易于操作、催化剂生产成本低。
