Zusammenfassung:In procedure of producing one-off (environment protection type) articles through pressure molding, jet molding and blow molding, 5-25% of invented 'modified starch plasticizer' is added to material for manufacturing wrapper and products in volume-produce. Since containing high starch (highest addition level is higher than 85%), the said products are biodegradation within 3-5 months in artificial manure under natural conditions. The invented product meets standard of GBl8006.1-1999. Proper technical manufacturing procedure makes thermoplastic starch reach mechanical property of plastic. The invented product enable to replace plastic provides advantages of green product with no pollution, saving petroleum resource and promoting agricultural development. "淀粉改性增塑助剂"是高分子合成助剂,制得"淀粉基生物全降解树脂"(粉料或颗粒料),采用普通塑料机械用压、注、吹等不同热塑成型方式生产制造各类一次性(环保型)用品。"淀粉改性增塑助剂"与植物淀粉的使用添加量,根据用户使用类型(别)需求,按5~25%加入,无需添加其它加工助剂,可直接用于大批量生产各类包装用材料及制品,由于制品淀粉含量高(淀粉最高添加量达85%以上),制品废弃物在自然条件下堆肥,在3~5个月内能完全生物降解。制品符合GB18006.1~1999标准要求,是一次性塑料制品的代替品。淀粉是取之不尽可再生的纯天然高分子化合物,"淀粉改性增塑助剂"的开发利用,可促进农业经济的健康发展,采用适当的工艺加工使淀粉热塑化后其产品达到塑料的机械性能。制品可取代塑料使用,并节约有限的石油资源,制品废弃物分解后,形成二氧化碳和气体无毒,不对土壤和空气产生毒害,是广泛用于一次性制品的绿色产品。
