The simplified pronunciation-stroke Chinese character input method adopts one kind of pictophonetic code, in which each single Chinese character comprises its consonant-vowel symbol, the first stroke symbol, the second stroke symbol and the first stroke symbol of its second component; each two-character word comprises the consonant-vowel symbols of its two characters and the first stroke symbol of its first character; each three-character word comprises the consonant-vowel symbols of its three characters and the first stroke symbol of its first character; and each word of four and more characters comprises the consonant-vowel symbols of its first four characters. The simplified pronunciation-stroke Chinese character input method has simple configuration code character radicals. The corresponding keyboard includes not more than 16 keys and may be used in inputting Chinese characters directly without shifting. 本发明提供的简拼简划汉字输入法及键盘，输入法采用音形码，单字编码为声韵母表示符、第一、二划及第二偏旁的第一划表示符；双字词组为每个字的声韵母表示符及第一个字的第一划表示符；三字词组为每个字的声母表示符及第一个字的第一划表示符；四字以上词组为前四个字的声母表示符。其特点是形码字根简单，把横竖撇分为长短、捺分为一点及二点、拆分为横及竖共10个字根，易学易记，并把声韵母音相近的各自归成16以内的组，用16个以内的键表示，这样键数少，直接印制标注在标准键盘的小数字键盘区的键上，开机后可直接输入汉字，无需选择及切换。
