Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a process for preparing nano hydroxyapatite / polyamide series biological medical composite material by using polyamides component and nano hydroxyapatite as raw material, wherein the weight ration of polyamides / nano hydroxyapatite is 8/2-2/8, through the steps of, dissolving polyamides into methanol solution, mixing nano hydroxyapatite into nano hydroxyapatite slurry consisting polyethylene glycol and water or methanol solution containing water, mixing the two for recombination while stirring, water sedimentation of the obtained product, washing with hot-water and anhydrous alcohol respectively. 纳米羟基磷灰石/聚酰胺系列生物医用复合材料的制备方法,以聚酰胺类成分与纳米羟基磷灰石为原料,按聚酰胺/纳米羟基磷灰石为重量8/2~2/8的比例,分别将聚酰胺溶于含有氯化钙的甲醇溶液,将纳米羟基磷灰石混合于由聚乙二醇与水或与含水甲醇的溶液所成的纳米羟基磷灰石浆液,在搅拌条件下将二者相互混合进行复合,将所得产物在水中沉淀,再分别用热水和无水乙醇洗涤。所得到的复合材料是由无机相和有机相在纳米范围内键性结合形成,在组成、结构、力学性能等方面与自然骨相近,能满足临床硬组织修复的要求,是理想的用于无机/有机复合骨修复和替代的纳米仿生材料。
