Display device having mirror surface function

The display unit with mirror function includes one display and one transmitting reflection layer. The display includes one transparent substrate, and the transmitting reflection layer is formed on one side of the transparent substrate. When the display emits light, the it has the function of showing picture, and when the display does not emit light, it has reflecting function, like one mirror.
