Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to stand-alone generation set especially driven by wind power. Characters are that coincidence relation between stator winding and rotor magnet is 3:2 in each single phase. Connection of windings in single phase is as following: connecting is carried out for stator every four slots of silicon steel sheet or cross connecting is carried out for stator every five slots of silicon steel sheet. Purposes of the invention are to solve technical problems: complicated design, insufficient power, high temp under continuous running and low efficiency. Advantages of the invention are high efficiency, low vibration, and stable performance.
本发明属于单机发电设备的制造方法,特别涉及一种风力或其它动力源带动旋转磁力发电机设备的制造方法。其特征在于:所述发电机中每组单相定子线圈与转子磁铁对应关系是3∶2,发电机中每组单相线圈的连接为定子线圈每跨四个锡钢片槽进行连接或每跨五个锡钢片槽进行交叉连接。其目的在于解决风力发电机设计复杂,齿轮传动装置易损,输出功率不足,连续工作温度高,退磁快,工作效率低等方面存在的技术问题。本发明的优点是设计方法新颖、高效能发电、起动力矩小、温度低振动小、性能稳定、成本低等优点。 |
