Zusammenfassung: | The invention replaces traditional line and band conductors with sheet conductor, makes the sheet conductor into a gap circular conductor by the methods of punching, tailoring, cutting, eroding, etc, connect many gap circular conductors in a special mode and by the methods of welding, pasting, etc, to form a spiral transformer coil. After applying insulating material, it makes a laminated transformer. The conductor of the transformer is directly exposed on external layer, beneficial to conductor cooling, increasing allowed current density and enhancing power density of transformer and able to reduce the attenuation of skin effect to the allowed current density of conductor.
本发明属于电子技术领域,用板状导体代替传统的线状、带状导体,将板状导体用冲压、剪裁、切割、腐蚀等方法制成带缺口环状导体,把一片的缺口一侧与另一片的缺口另一侧用焊接、粘接等方法连接起来,形成螺旋状的变压器线圈。施加绝缘材料后,制成叠片式变压器。变压器的导体直接露在外层,有利于导体散热,增加允许电流密度,提高变压器器的功率密度,并可以减少集肤效应对导体允许电流密度的衰减。 |
