本发明属于工业自动化控制技术领域,是一种带有红外无线通讯接口的工业触摸屏人机界面。本发明主要由中央处理器、红外收发器、红外通讯控制器等构成。红外收发器接收和发射光信号完成光电信号变换,中央处理器完成信号编码、调制解调和串行数据传送,并通过红外通讯控制器编程控制红外线通讯模式,实现工业触摸屏人机界面与上位机之间的组态软件上传、下载、数据传输、信息更新等无线通讯功能。本发明将红外通讯技术应用于人机界面,其高速红外无线通讯传输速度可达4Mbps,远高于RS-232串口通讯传输速度,通讯设备成本、体积远小于以太网通讯,同时解决了电缆连接容易受到电磁干扰的问题。具有连接方式简单、抗电磁干扰能力强、安全可靠等特点。 |
