Zusammenfassung: | The invention is a kind of mechanical measuring sensor, which is used mainly in the testing piece of mechanism production and mechanism parts, measures the instant bearing torsion moment, pulling force and pressure. The character lies in: the elastic component is made up of the inner shaft and the outer shaft, the two shafts are nested. There has a pushing force bearing between the inner shaft and the outer shaft. The effect of the pushing bearing is: one shaft is used to bear the torsion moment transmission; the other shaft is used to bear load transmission. The invention attaches torsion moment resistance strain pieces and load resistance strain pieces on the two shafts. The force acted on the pieces are single, the output signal doesn't affects each other. It overcomes the deficiency of influence of the two pieces each other.
本发明是一种力学测量传感器,主要应用于机械制造和机械零部测试件中,检测机械零部件瞬时承受扭矩、拉力或压力。本发明特征是:弹性元件是由内轴(5)和外轴(1)所组成,内轴(5)和外轴(1)之间套装。内轴(5)和外轴(1)之间有推力轴承(9)。推力轴承(9)作用是,使一个轴担扭矩传递,另一个轴担载荷传递。在两轴(1)(5)上分别粘贴扭矩电阻应变片和载荷电阻应变片。应变片(6)(7)受力单一,输出信号互不干扰。克服了原有传感器,扭矩电阻应变片和载荷电阻应变片同时粘贴在一个弹性元件上,输出的载荷信号和扭矩信号互相影响,产生测量误差的缺点。 |
