Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to an iron core positioning method of disc polyurethane envelope, its character: making a positioning hole in the steel mould and inserting a positioning bolt in the positioning hole, then covering the iron core on the positioning bolt, wherein one end of the central hole of the iron core is set with a positioning platform, using the positioning bolt to support the positioning platform to position the iron core, pouring polyurethane material to close the steel mould for sulfurating, finally opening the steel mould to take out the disc and use lathe to eliminate the positioning platform. Its technique is simple and its positioning is accurate. 本发明涉及的一种杠铃片聚氨酯包层的铁芯定位方法,其特征在于钢模(1)上开一个定位孔并插入定位销(3),然后将铁芯(2)套在定位销(3)上,铁芯(2)中孔一端设有定位平台(4),由定位销(3)顶住定位平台(4),将铁芯(2)定位,浇注聚氨酯材料(5)后合模硫化,最后开模取出杠铃片,用车床把定位平台(4)车掉。本发明的有益效果是工艺简单、定位精确且成本低,是取代现有技术的理想方法。
