Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a quail gushen food and its production method. Its composition comprises chopped quail bone and meat as main material and salt, ginger, xanthoxylum, hot pepper, star anise and agastache rugosa seed as auxiliary material, in which the weight ratio of quail bone and meat and salt (sodium chloride) is 1:0.22-0.12. Its production method includes the following steps: killing fresh and live quail, skinning, eviscerating and removing head and feet, chopping quail bone and meat, adding salt, ginger, star anise, xanthoxylum and hot pepper, stirring them uniformly placing them into a jar, sealing and storing, after several months taking out them, stir-frying and cooking, sterilizing and packaging so as to obtain the invented foot with rich nutrients and unique taste.
