Fireproof base material making process

The present invention discloses the making process of one kind of fireproof base material. Expanded graphite powder is made to mix with chemical fiber and paper fiber in certain ratio, the chemical fiber and paper fiber with expanded graphite powder is then made into non-woven fabric and settled, and the non-woven fabric is hot pressed into fireproof base material plate. Or, the chemical fiber and paper fiber with expanded graphite powder is bound in paper pulp forming mode and stoved and settled to form the fireproof base material. The said method can control the ratio of added graphite powder precisely and raise the added graphite powder content to 85%, and this raises the performance of the fireproof base material greatly. 本发明公开了一种防火基材的制造方法，该方法将膨胀石墨粉与化学纤维及纸纤维以特定比例混合后，再将混合有膨胀石墨粉的化学纤维及纸纤维以不织布的织法加以结合定型，并以热压方式制成板片状的防火基材；或者是将混合有膨胀石墨粉的化学纤维及纸纤维以纸浆成型方式加以结合，并加以烘干定型而成为防火基材；采用此方法，不但可准确控制膨胀石墨粉的比例，并可将整体防火基材中的膨胀石墨粉比例提高至85％，以大幅提升防火基材的效能。
