Supporting structure of vehicle frame

The invention is a frame support structure, especially a modified support structure of longitudinal pipe on the front end of the frame and middle pipe locking forward turning mechanism; it contains tow metal punched support components which are fixed between the two pipes, thus not only smoothly resolving the traditional problems of manufacture and higher manufacture cost, etc, but also raising the welding precision of any pipe fitting bonded at the given angle and supported by a large margin. 本发明是一种车架的支撑结构，特别是关于一种机动车车架前端的纵向圆管和锁附前方转向机构中间圆管的改良支撑结构；它包含两个金属冲压支撑件，分别固装设于纵向圆管和中间圆管之间，这样，传统支撑纵向圆管和中间圆管的单件式连接杆，由于圆曲面搭接不易和各管间管径大小不一而造成的制造上的困难及制造成本较高等问题，就迎刃而解，而且对于车架上任何搭接成特定角度以获得支撑的管件，其焊接精准度也大幅提升。
