The invention is a method for changing data phase locked loop frequency and quickens constant liner velocity guided time, which applies to optical disk machine that uses data phase locked loop to read data on disk, it includes following steps: receiving a input signal; comparing the input signal with the preset data phase locked frequency signal of optical disk machine, when the frequency and phase of the input signal are same to the frequency and phase of the data phase locked signal, it reads the data on disk directly, when they are different, the data can't be read directly, then adjusts the data phase locked frequency signal until they are consistent to input signal, then reads the data on disk. 一种改变资料锁相(Data Phase Locked Loop，DPLL)频率加快光碟机固定线速度(Cons tant Liner Velocity，CLV)循轨时间方法，适用于利用资料锁相回路读取光碟片上资料的光碟机，包括下列步骤：接收一输入讯号；将该输入讯号与光碟机预设的一资料锁相频率讯号讯号比对，当该输入讯号的频率以及相位皆与该资料锁相频率讯号相同，则直接读取光碟上的资料，当该输入讯号的频率以及相位与该资料锁相频率讯号不同，而使资料无法立即读取，则调整该资料锁相频率讯号，直到与该输入讯号的频率以及相位相同，再读取光碟上的资料。
