It is characterized by that it adopts any combination of supercharging heat-removing method, pressure absorption method, pressure adsorptive method and emulsifying adsorptive method to recover oil vapour, in which its most effective and most economic combination is the successively-connected supercharging heat-removing method, pressure absorption method, pressure adsorptive method and emulsifying adsorptive method.
本发明涉及一种油气的回收方法,是将增压去热法、压力吸收法、压力吸附法和乳化吸附法任意组合使用完成对油气的回收;它可以是上述四种方法的任意组合,但一般是首先采用增压去热法回收掉大量的油气后,再采用压力吸收法、压力吸附法、乳化吸附法进一步回收,经增压去热法回收后,可以仅采用上述方法中的一种,两种也可以三种都采用,而且可以根据需要任意组合,其中最有效、最经济的方法是按增压去热法-压力吸收法-乳化吸附法的顺序进行。本方法原理简单,而且可以用非常简单的设备完成油气回收,极大地节省了设备投资。 |
