Intellective online device for detecting sealability of washing machine

The detection device is composed of control circuit board including single chip containing soft ware inside, device for testing air passage, and linkage-sealing device. The device for testing air passage consists of three connected pieces, power arm including five-way valve in two positions and cylinder, and detecting arm including pressure release valve, one-way restrictor, two-way valve in two positions, detecting chamber, pressure transmitter, and differential pressure transmitter. The linkage-sealing device is composed of position switch connected to cylinder connection rod, free joint and sealing element at low end. The control circuit board includes single chip connected to A/D conversion module and keyboard/display module.
