The surface sheet 1 is provided with multiple open hole parts 3 passing through the layers, and the open hole parts are sealed in an interface part between the surface sheet 1 and the back surface sheet 2. When using the surface sheet 1 as a wiper surface, the relatively large waste and dust is caught by the open hole parts. Passing through of the caught waste and dust to the back surface of the wiper sheet is prevented. This wiper sheet has the sufficient strength for use, and it can be thrown away into a toilet after using it.
